What this page covers
It covers ai3hq.com only. Signing in at ai.ai3hq.com opens a different service. Cloudflare Access checks identity before that workspace loads. This page does not describe what the private server stores inside Open WebUI or Ollama. Chats from that workspace are not sent to this marketing site.
What this website collects
If you use the contact form, we receive:
- your name
- your email address
- an organisation, if you include one
- your message, if you include one
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes the request that delivers the page, which includes the usual connection data such as IP address. We do not run advertising cookies or a separate analytics product on this website.
The contact form
A note is accepted only after Cloudflare Turnstile verifies it. If a delivery address is configured in the hosting environment, the note is sent there over HTTPS. The function log then records that a note was delivered, not the contents.
If no delivery address is configured, the note is written to the Pages Function log so the operator can read it. We do not copy it into a separate database, and we do not add the address to an outside mailing list. Hosting logs are kept for Cloudflare’s retention period for that product, not as a permanent archive.
A hidden field on the form is there to catch automated submissions. If it is filled in, the note is discarded.
Bot protection
The form loads Cloudflare Turnstile from challenges.cloudflare.com. The widget runs in your browser, and our Pages Function checks the resulting token with Cloudflare’s siteverify service. The secret key for that check stays on the server. Cloudflare’s own privacy notice describes what Turnstile processes: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Colour theme
If you switch between light and dark, the choice is stored in local storage in your
browser under the key theme. That value stays on your device. We do not
receive it. If storage is blocked, the site follows your system setting for that visit.
How long we keep form notes
We keep a note only in the place described above: either the configured delivery destination, or the function log when no destination is set. Ask us if you want a note deleted and we still have it. If it existed only in a log that has already expired, we will say so.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information this website holds about you, and you can ask for a correction, through the contact form. We handle personal information with the Australian Privacy Principles in mind.
